Minami-ke, Crisis Core, FLAG, To Love Ru
Thanks to the PSP, I finished Minami-ke within two days despite the fact that my parents were around me all the time. Minami-ke is damn awesome, Minami-ke Okawari seems like it’s got a different director or something and they’re emphasizing the gag part of the anime even more now, so it’s not as great, but it gets the job done just as well.
Also thanks to the PSP, within a week of my buying this baby, I’m already at the last chapter, with a level 1 HP Up+ materia giving me HP +50%, and another baby that’s giving me HP +80% (HP Up Lvl 4 + Drain = Drain HP +60% + Curaga = Curaga HP+80%) and other things like Dark Thundaga (cool!) that should be able to beat the snot out of Genesis. Oh, and a Osmose Blade as well to keep the MP juices flowing. That was hard to get. 33% of the PSP Slim’s battery = enough Crisis Core to make me sick of it for the rest of the day. That’s around 3 hours.
Oh, and I also finally got Lunar – Eternal Blue Complete working on the PSP. It seems PopstationGUI sucks compared to PSX2PSP, which works with all the CD Images I ripped – Xenogears, for example. Xenogears rocks. When I’m in the mood, and when Fei has enough AP. But first, I need to find out how to take screenshots of my Lunar EBC game – as rollchan knows, the dialogue is way too interesting to be dismissed with my X button.

FLAG seems deep, but I’m just not interested in yet another anime that dances on the Middle East war-mongers. Instead of FLAG, I’m going to put RahXePhon on my PSP instead. The PSP is great for anime I otherwise wouldn’t watch, and since RahXePhon has been with me for around 8 months now, I might as well start watching it.
In comparison, To Love Ru is simply… not worth watching. Where have I seen this before – normal guy who likes somebody and has a beautiful (in To Love Ru’s case, luscious) girl appear in front of him just by chance? Oh yeah, Miyuki. Am I really that well-versed in anime that I can start seeing patterns everywhere? Or is it just To Love Ru that’s beating the concept into my face once again? Nevertheless, I feel like watching it again… just to avoid having the Middle East bouncing around in my head.
wow, lunar 2! I wasn’t able to play that game before. I only played the Silver Star Story. dang… is it a continuation of the silver star story?

As for Star Ocean 1, that game kicked ass. Every aspect of it except for the plot, which seemed to be paper thin, kicked ass, especially cooking and drawing (selling the violin makes tons of $$). I played Star Ocean 2. Since SO1 pushed the limits of graphics on the SNES, i was expecting the same from SO2. I got rectangles that were supposed to be forests. I stopped playing.

Also, you can easily get Lunar EBC nowadays…. either SegaCD or PSX.
Holy shit… I’ve had Crisi core for 4 months and I’m still not done… -___-;;;;
However.. I’m about to finish Disgaea in 4 days ..
