Most April Fool’s jokes were less absurd than this one. Thankfully, we live in a society where this kind of… pea brained proposal is not taken seriously.
I don’t know whether to laugh or cry over the fact that these are the brilliant minds running the MPAA. What makes me really depressed is that my tax dollars are indirectly paying for this crap.
