eBay experience #1: Eizo Flexscan F57
It was incorrectly listed. But that wasn’t too bad. What was bad was when I lifted it out of the box, the rear cover came loose. Not to mention when I actually turned it on, it was blurry as shit. Really blurry. Seriously blurry. Blurry as in my AIR wallpaper looked like Picasso. I have no pictures to show you for my camera is totally out of battery, and the charger has an American plug.
But that wasn’t bad enough. When I sent an email to the seller buero-tek via eBay, this is what I got in my inbox:

So what the hell do I do now. The Flexscan F57 sure doesn’t look like an Eizo monitor. It’s just… too conventional. Somebody get me a fucking Flexscan L367 or something.

Man that must seriously blow. I’ve never used ebay but I can totally feel for you about receiving the wrong gear. I hope you can get it all sorted out soon.
If all else fails, and he’s clearly trying to avoid you, report the bastard :V
Thanks people. I still haven’t received a reply, keeping fingers crossed…. if it all goes to hell, I’ll have to ask on nekochan.net for another monitor.
hack it.
Would, if I enjoyed being zapped with a couple thousand volts from a whole row of beefed up capacitors…
