USBLD 0.2b method for PS2 ISOs on PS3

Final Fantasy X International NTSC: doesn’t work
Dead or Alive 2 Hardcore NTSC: doesn’t work
Rez: works, B&W
Oneechanbara (Zombie Hunters) PAL: doesn’t work
OKAMI NTSC: doesn’t work
Odin Sphere PAL: doesn’t work
Persona 3 FES/4 NTSC: doesn’t work
Final Fantasy 12 NTSC: works for the first second, screen doesn’t update after that

God I’m so discouraged. I need to get OpenUSBLD 0.4 working on the PAL PS3 ASAP.

EDIT: Final Fantasy 10 PAL works, AWESOME! but FMV stutters really badly. It’s just too bad, it looks like I’ll have to buy the originals after all.

Hm, why are you not buying them?

It´s highway robbery to not buy the games :p

Not that into modding and what not anymore. To bad it didn´t work out for you.

Of course I’m not buying them. I have enough trouble buying PS3 games already which are fucking expensive, and I have to catch up on ALL THOSE PS2 GAMES FOR THE PAST 9 YEARS, while making sure they’re both PAL and have English options? fuck that. You can’t return games in Germany once you’ve bought them, so once you find you’ve bought the German only edition, you’re fucked. Yeah, it’s highway robbery to buy originals.

Sometimes I think I shoulda just gotten a PS2 and a Modbo/Matrix Infinity. In fact that’s just what I’ll do in December.

    :p

Then you understand why I´ve been wanting more funds for the last 10 years.

It isn´t highway robbery. Look for discs that are sold cheaply and buy them from online stores and contact them before so that you know that they are all in English.

I get confused since most of the games I buy have both English and French manuals.
