For once, Shacknews reports something of worth.

Anyway, I’ve been going through all my old posts making them domain independent and XHTML compliant by inserting alt=”" into all img elements. It’s hard work, really. And I only just found out about the Wordpress XHTML validator plugin… sigh.

    Yay :)

Now all I need is to grab it when it arrives.

And that is hard work. Never though you had to have that damn tag but oh well. Seems like my page won´t be XHTML compliant anytime soon :p if the theme isn´t already doing it automatically, I don´t know, don´t really care either. Not at this point.

Maybe in the future. Anyway good work!!

Yeah, well don’t tell anybody, but past a certain month of 2008 or so, I’ve given up trying to make any post XHTML compliant. I just figured there were better things to do, ffs.

what will eventually happen if a site is not XHTML compliant? W3C will ban you on the net? :(

I don’t know, but if Wordpress is XHTML compliant out of the box, I might as well not let that go to waste. Apparently most browsers that don’t run on PCs (PDAs and such) will appreciate XHTML. Don’t ask me.
